Presentation schedule shifted by one class meeting

Round I begins Monday, September 28. Its final presentation will take place Monday, October 19, when we return from Fall Break.

The instructor-led bridge will continue through Friday, September 25. All Round I presentations move one class meeting later, with no change to topics or speaker order:

Date Presenter
Monday, September 28 Yizhou Li
Wednesday, September 30 Rohan Mecheri
Friday, October 2 Justin Blanco
Monday, October 5 Oliver Yao
Wednesday, October 7 Sudais Arif
Friday, October 9 Sarah Yildirim
Monday, October 19 Amber Zhang

There is no class during Fall Break, October 12–16. The Round I assignment table includes links to the unchanged topic packets.

Later rounds

The one-meeting shift continues through November 16. Round II now runs October 21–November 6. The synthesis/workshop originally scheduled for October 30 moves to November 2. Round III begins November 9; Rohan’s presentation moves to November 16, replacing that day’s instructor-led synthesis/workshop. The final three presentations retain their dates: Yizhou on November 18, Justin on November 20, and Oliver on November 23. The November 30, December 2, and December 4 meetings are unchanged.

The complete course schedule has been updated. Later-round dates remain provisional. Please check your new presentation dates and contact the instructor promptly if you have a conflict; dates after September 28 were not included in the original preference form.

Preparation consultations

The 20-minute Calendly consultation link and the previously announced meeting windows are unchanged. See the consultation announcement for details. Meet with the instructor before your presentation and submit the preparation document before your consultation, as described in the syllabus.
