Biography

My name is Matthew “Matt” Rosenzweig. I am the Gregg Zeitlin Assistant Professor of Mathematical Sciences in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Carnegie Mellon University.

Previously, I was a CLE Moore Instructor at MIT and a postdoctoral associate of the Simons Collaboration on Wave Turbulence, mentored by Gigliola Staffilani. I defended my dissertation at the University of Texas at Austin under the supervision of Nataša Pavlović and completed my undergraduate degree at Harvard University.

Outside mathematics

In my spare time, I work as a pastry chef and broker commercial real estate.
